Our seven step process to cleaning your carpets: 

• Pre-Inspection before starting the cleaning process, your carpet is thoroughly inspected for fibre type, spots and stains that may be present and a quotation given.
• Vacuum to remove dry soil using a twin motor commercial upright vacuum.
• Spotting & Stain Removal using a specialist treatment.
• Pre condition with a CVS selected eco friendly pre spray suitable for your carpet type. Agitation for even distribution of pre spray.
• Soil extraction, to remove pre spray, soil and moisture from carpet.
• Grooming and setting of fibre pile using a specialist pile brush to improve drying time.
