A. No not at all, as we wet clean and thoroughly rinse your carpets.

A. Depending on usage, but we recommend a clean at least once a year to maintain and prolong your carpets life.

Q. I live in a narrow street with no parking how will you manage to clean my carpets?

A. We have powerful portable carpet and upholstery cleaning equipment for use in difficult to access areas.

Q. Do I need to move furniture?

A. No, we move it for you except very large items such as wardrobes, dressers etc. All we ask is that you move delicate items such as vases or flat screen tv’s yourself. However we can usually clean underneath cabinets and t.v. stands on legs, using a special tool, without needing to move it.
